Movement is a vital aspect of fertility. In todays society we are spending way too much time sitting still. Our bodies need movement to allow proper blood flow and to have our lymphatic system work the way it’s supposed to. Choose the kind of movement you like and will continue to do. If you enjoy yourself you are more likely to continue.

For some women overtraining is the issue on the other side of the spectrum. When you push your body to its limits and work out too much and too hard. That will put your body in fight-or-flight mode and fertility will not be it’s first priority.

Some types of exercise will also put too much stress on your structure. Gentle movement is the best.
